Returns and refunds
You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery where applicable consumer law grants a right of withdrawal. Opened consumables may not be eligible unless defective.
Defective products
If a product is defective, contact us with photos and your order reference. We will offer replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Shipping costs for returns
Unless the product is defective or we shipped incorrectly, return shipping may be your responsibility.
